Type Of Clothes:
People who live in severely cold climates, such as the Eskimos, keep warm by wearing pants and parkas with fur linings. The fur traps the warm air from their bodies and creates a life-saving insulating layer of warmth. Desert nomads keep the harmful hot sun from dehydrating their bodies by covering up with long flowing robes and headdresses. Their clothing actually keeps them cooler.
Making Of Clothes:
Fibres are the fundamental units used in fabrication of textile yarns and fabrics. It is an individual, fine, hair like substance. Fibers usually are grouped and Twisted together into a continuous stand called yarns. Fibers may be from natural sources or they may be man-made. should not wear moist clothes because they can contain nuisance micro-organisms. So, should wear dry clothes. During winter season, the body needs food that will give a lot of warmth and energy. To bring warmth to our body we should wear warm woollen clothes like sweaters, shawls, blankets, caps, mufflers. All these clothes protect the body from cold and Hypothermia.
Clothes Help To Identify Culture:
The culture, religion, languages spoken and attire of the people of India are as diverse as the landscape of this vast country. Due to its diversity this cultural hub does not have just one dress, which can be called as the National Dress or Indian Dress. If in northern part we find more of the Muslim influence, in the southern part of India Dravidian style of costumes dominate.

Natural fibres typically allow your skin to breathe better and are considered to be more comfortable, especially in very warm climates. Their major drawback is that they have a tendency to wrinkle badly or shrink when they are washed. Most natural fiber fabrics will shrink when exposed to very hot water and high heat drying methods.
Weaving is the textile art in which two distinct sets of yarns or threads – called the warp and weft – are interlaced with each other at right angles to form a fabric or cloth. Depending on the stitch and its use, some techniques require double thread (sewing on a button, or securing hooks/eyes and snaps), but most are worked with single thread.
